Jé Tania

Jé Tania is a writer, editor, producer, sports journalist, and co-founder, host, and Managing Editor of The Women’s Cut Media. She covers women’s sports, basketball, football, baseball, and the business and culture surrounding sports.

A graduate of Bradley University with a degree in English, Jé is a published poet and essayist who has been writing long before adding sports journalist to the list. Her work has covered hip-hop and culture, race and representation, technology, artificial intelligence, and bias. Across subjects, her writing looks beyond the obvious story to understand the people, decisions, and systems behind it.

That same perspective shapes Jé’s sports coverage. Her work goes beyond what happens on the field or court to examine the business, culture, media narratives, and decisions surrounding the game. She has covered the WNBA and Women’s Pro Baseball League as credentialed media.

Jé also brings more than a decade of experience in technology as a front-end developer specializing in digital experiences, accessibility, and web development. She built The Women’s Cut’s digital presence and now oversees its editorial work, produces and hosts its podcast, and creates content across its platforms.
